When you contact us, request a demo, or apply to our design-partner program, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, care setting, and the content of your message or enquiry.
We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically when you visit the Website, such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, through website analytics.

- Directly from you — when you submit one of our online forms (which are provided through Google Forms).
- Automatically — through website analytics and similar technologies when you browse the Website.
3. Why we collect and use it
We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct demonstrations, assess and manage participation in our design-partner program, communicate with you, and improve our Website and services. We only use your information for the purpose you provided it or a related purpose you would reasonably expect.

Our Website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use it. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Website and our forms, who process information on our behalf, including:
- Google (Google Forms / Google Workspace) — to collect and store form submissions;
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — for website analytics;
- Microsoft Azure — for website hosting (hosted in Australia).
We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers (for example, Google) may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
